Objective To study the imaging characteristics of cysticercosis in different parasitic sites.Method A retrospective analysis was used to analyze and summarize the imaging manifestations of 284 clinically confirmed patients with cysticercosis. Results 284 patients with cysticercosis were divided into 32 cases of dermatomyositic cysticercosis,195 cases of cerebral cysticercosis, and 1 case of ocular cysticercosis according to the different parasitic sites; There were 10 cases of cysticercosis in other areas and 46 cases of mixed cysticercosis.Mixed cysticercosis refers to the coexistence of any two or more types mentioned above, and the vast majority of them are imaging manifestations of skin muscle type combined with cerebral cysticercosis. Conclusion The imaging characteristics of cysticercosis vary in different parasitic sites.Imaging examinations can clearly display the parasitic location, quantity, and disease stage of cysticercosis, which is of great significance for clinical classification and treatment selection of cysticercosis.
