2022年苏州市蜚蠊种群监测及抗药性分析

目的 了解苏州市不同生境蜚蠊的种群构成、密度季节变化及德国小蠊的抗药性情况.方法 用粘捕法调查蜚蠊密度,用药膜法进行德国小蠊抗药性测定.结果 2022 年苏州市蜚蠊粘捕率和密度分别为7.20%和 0.40 只/张,德国小蠊占捕获总数的 94.24%,为优势种.蜚蠊粘捕率和密度 7 月最高,分别为9.73%和 0.56 只/张,农贸市场蜚蠊密度最高为 1.80 只/张,不同月份总体蜚蠊密度和农贸市场蜚蠊密度呈显著相关性(r=0.965,P=0.002).不同生境蜚蠊粘捕率的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=483.489,P<0.001);德国小蠊成虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、毒死蜱、残杀威抗性倍数分别为 3.36、6.18、1.08、1.79、0.79.结论 德国小蠊是苏州市蜚蠊优势种,农贸市场蜚蠊密度最高,7 月是蜚蠊密度高峰月,德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯为中度抗性,对其他 4 种杀虫剂为低度抗性.
Monitoring of cockroaches population and insecticide resistance in Suzhou in 2022
Objective To investigate the population composition in different habitats,seasonal dynamic of cockroaches and resistance level of Blattella germanica in Suzhou.Methods Sticking trap method was used to investigate the density of cockroaches,and the residual film method was used to monitoring the insecticide resistance of Blattella germanica.Results In 2022,the adhesion rate of cockroaches and the density in Suzhou were respectively 7.20%and 0.40 insects per sheet.Blattella germanica accounted for 94.24%was the dominant species.The highest adhesion rate and density in July were 9.73%and 0.56 insects per sheet,respectively.The highest cockroaches density was in the farm product markets which was 1.80 insects per sheet.There was a significant correlation between the overall cockroaches density and the cockroaches density in in the farm product markets in different months(r=0.965,P=0.002).The adhesion rate of cockroaches in different habitats was statistically significant(χ2=483.489,P<0.001).The resistance ratios to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,acephate,chlorpyrifos and propoxur were 3.36,6.18,1.08,1.79 and 0.79,respectively.Conclusion Blattella germanica was the dominant species of cockroaches in Suzhou,and the cockroaches density in the farm product markets is the highest.July is the peak month of cockroaches density.The resistance of Blattella Germanica to deltamethrin is medium resistance,and the resistance to other 4 insecticides is low resistance.
