Analysis of the monitoring results of Aedes albopictus using mosquito ovitraps in different types of residential communities

目的 分析上海市徐汇区不同住宅小区中诱蚊诱卵器监测结果,为制定科学、高效的住宅小区中白纹伊蚊密度控制策略提供理论依据,减少登革热在本地区的传播风险.方法 使用诱蚊诱卵器在 168 个住宅小区中于 6-10 月每 2 周开展一次监测,按照 3 种住宅类型和 8 个监测轮次记录诱蚊诱卵器阳性率,采用Shapiro-Wilk检验进行诱蚊诱卵器阳性率的正态分布分析,采用Kruslal-Wallis检验和Mann-Whitney U检验进行诱蚊诱卵器阳性率的非参数检验分析,采用Spearman相关分析进行诱蚊诱卵器阳性率和住宅小区绿化率及物业费的相关性分析.结果 平均诱蚊诱卵器阳性率为 5.17%;8 个监测轮次中,第 3 次(7 月)的诱蚊诱卵器阳性率最高,为 6.62%,第 8 次(10 月)最低,为2.98%,并在第6 次(9 月)小幅上升为4.92%;3 类住宅小区中,普通小区的平均诱蚊诱卵器阳性率为 5.80%,高于高层小区的 3.94%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),低密度小区诱蚊诱卵器阳性率为 5.10%,介于两者之间且差异均无统计学意义;同时,诱蚊诱卵器阳性率与物业费存在显著的负相关性,与绿化率无相关性.结论 住宅小区诱蚊诱卵器阳性率在7 月出现最高峰,在9 月出现次高峰;普通小区的平均诱蚊诱卵器阳性率显著高于高层小区,且阳性率与物业费呈显著负相关;各住宅小区可根据物业人员蚊虫控制能力,有针对性地开展白纹伊蚊防控工作.
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of mosquito ovitraps in different residential communities in Xuhui District,Shanghai,so as to provide theoretical basis for developing scientific and efficient density control strategies for Aedes albopictus in residential communities,and to reduce the risk of dengue fever transmission in the local area.Methods Use mosquito ovitraps to monitor mosquito density every two weeks in 168 residential communities from June to October,record the positive rate of mosquito ovitraps of 3 types of residential buildings in 8 monitoring rounds.The Shapiro-Wilk test was used to analyze the normal distribution of the positive rate of mosquito and egg attractants,the Kruslal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test were used to analyze the non parametric test of the positive rate of mosquito ovitraps,Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the positive rate of mosquito ovitraps and the green coverage ratio,as well as between the positive rate of mosquito ovitraps and property fees.Results The average positive rate of mosquito ovitraps was 5.17%;among the 8 monitoring rounds,the highest positive rate of mosquito ovitraps was 6.62%in the 3rd round(July),the lowest was 2.98%in the 8th round(October),and it slightly increased to 4.92%in the 6th round(September);among the three types of residential communities,the average positive rate of mosquito ovitraps in ordinary communities was 5.80%,which was higher than that in high-rise building communities at 3.94%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),in low-density communities,positive rates of mosquito ovitraps was 5.10%,and the difference was not statistically significant.Meanwhile,the positive rate of mosquito ovitraps was significantly negatively correlated with property fees,and had no correlation with green coverage ratio.Conclusion The positive rate of mosquito ovitraps in residential communities reached its peak in July,followed by a second peak in September.The average positive rate of mosquito ovitraps in ordinary residential areas was significantly higher than that in high-rise building communities,and the positive rate was significantly negatively correlated with property fees.Each residential community can carry out Aedes albopictus contro method based on the situation of property personnel.
