目的 了解扬州市常见蚊虫种类及分布特点,为蚊传疾病的防控工作提供依据.方法 使用诱蚊灯法对蚊虫进行生态学监测.采用Excel 2016和SPSS 25.0软件对监测数据进行整理和统计分析,构成比的差异比较采用x2分析,多重比较采用Bonferroni法.结果 2021-2023年扬州市共捕获雌蚊8 836只,平均蚊密度为2.73只/(灯·夜);淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占70.05%;牲畜棚蚊密度最高,为3.38只/(灯·夜);不同蚊种在不同监测生境的分布具有统计学差异(x2=1 134.473,P<0.001),蚊密度高峰期为7月.结论 应根据不同生境、蚊种及其孳生地类型,结合季节消长情况,采取不同防控措施,提高防控效果.
Objective To understand the species and distribution of mosquitoes in Yangzhou,so as to provide a basis for prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases.Methods Lamp trapping method was used to monitor mosquitoes.Excel 2016 and SPSS 25.0 softwares were used for data entry and aggregation and statistical analysis.The difference of species composition was determined by Chi-square test,and multiple comparison was conducted by Bonferroni method.Results From 2021 to 2023,a total of 8 836 adult female-mosquitoes belonging to 6 species were captured.The average mosquito density was 2.73 mosquitoes per night.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species,accounting for 70.05%.Barn had the highest mosquit density of 3.38 mosquitoes per night.There were statistical differences in the distribution of different mosquito species in different monitoring habitats(x2=1 134.473,P<0.001).The density peak was appeared in July.Conclusion It is necessary to take different control measures according to the habitats,species,breeding sites and seasonal fluctuations to improve the control effect.
