2023年六安市德国小蠊对9种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平调查

目的 深入了解六安市建成区德国小蠊对9种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为合理选用杀虫剂进行室内蜚蠊防控及抗药性管理提供数据支持.方法 2023年4-10月,在六安市主城区的饭店、宾馆、农贸集市、商场超市等生境采集德国小蠊野生种群,利用药膜法对9种常用杀虫剂开展抗药性实验.用Excel V2024和SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行分析、处理.结果 六安市建成区德国小蠊种群对溴氰菊酯、胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威、双硫磷、毒死蜱和敌敌畏的24 h死亡率分别为100.00%、55.07%、92.22%、94.29%、100.00%、100.00%、92.50%、88.33%、53.33%,半数击倒时间(KT50)分别为 23.38、97.61、67.71、22.37、15.83、23.05、99.77、35.01、22.37 min.根据死亡率抗药性判断标准,六安市德国小蠊野生种群对胺菊酯、敌敌畏为抗药性种群,对氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、双硫磷及毒死蜱属于可能抗性种群;对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯及残杀威属敏感种群.依据击倒抗药性判定标准,对顺式氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威及毒死蜱4种杀虫剂已具有低水平抗性,抗性倍数分别为4.69、3.69、1.78和1.29;对溴氰菊酯、双硫磷和敌敌畏均发展到了中度抗药性,抗性倍数分别为5.98、6.55、5.80;对胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯都产生了高水平抗药性,抗性倍数分别为28.13和15.35.结论 六安市建成区德国小蠊野生种群已对目前常用的9种杀虫剂产生了不同水平的抗药性,在未来的蜚蠊化学防治工作中应加强抗药性监测,以数据为指导,科学开展卫生杀虫剂的生产、使用和管理,延缓蜚蠊抗药性发展.
Investigation on resistance level of Blattella germanica to 9 commonly used insecticides in Lu'an City in 2023
Objective In order to further understand the resistance level of Blattella germanica to 9 commonly used insecticides in Lu'an city,so as to provide data support for the rational selection of insecticides for indoor cockroach control and resistance management.Methods From April to October 2023,the wild population of B.germanica was collected from guesthouses,restaurants,farmers'markets,supermarkets and other habitats in the main urban area of Lu'an City,and the resistance of B.germanica to 9 commonly used insecticides was determined using the residual film method.The experimental data were processed and analyzed by Excel V2024 and SPSS 23.0 software.Results The 24 h mortality rates of B.Germanica treated with deltamethrin,tetramethrin,cypermethrin,alphamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,propoxur,diphos,chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos in Lu'an City were 100.00%,55.07%,92.22%,94.29%,100.00%,100.00%,92.50%,88.33%and 53.33%,respectively.The median knockdown times(KT50)were 23.38,97.61,67.71,22.37,15.83,23.05,99.77,35.01 and 22.37 min,respectively.According to the resistance criteria of mortality,the wild population of B.Germanica in Lu'an City was resistant to permethrin and dichlorvos,likely resistant to cypermethrin,alphamethrin,bisphos and chlorpyrifos,and sensitive to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin and propoxur.According to the resistance criteria of knockout,the resistance to alphamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,propoxur and chlorpyrifos was low,and the resistance ratios were 4.69,3.69,1.78 and 1.29,respectively;moderate resistance to deltamethrin,dithiophos and dichlorvos,with resistance ratios of 5.98,6.55 and 5.80,respectively;high resistance to permethrin and cypermethrin,with resistance ratios of 28.13 and 15.35,respectively.Conclusion The wild population of B.Germanica in the built-up area of Lu'an City has developed different levels of resistance to 9 commonly used insecticides at present.In the future chemical control of cockroaches,resistance monitoring should be strengthened,and the production and use of sanitary insecticides should be scientifically managed according to the guidance of data,so as to delay and control the further development of resistance.
