The successful rate of rescue was 99.9%, which effectively controlled the nosocomial infection.Conclusion:In the construction of public health and epidemic prevention system, the government’s forward-looking layout and overall planning are the premise of epidemic prevention and control, and the human resource reserve, goods reserve and physical space setting are the key factors of epidemic prevention and control.
