Research on Emergency Material Collaborative Reserve Model Based on System Dynamics
In this article,two issues are discussed concerning insufficient supply of end of pipe materials in the early stage and redundant total inventory of materials in the later stage of emergency material support.By analyzing the relevant factors in the emergency material support process,a dynamic model of the emergency material collaborative reserve system is constructed using the system engineering method of decomposition first and coupling later.Taking a province in southwest-ern China as an example,a simulation is conducted to cope with a large-scale earthquake.Using Vemsin PLE software analysis,optimization plans are proposed to increase end of pipe inventory and shorten the expected usage days of higher-level materials.Results show that:①Increasing the reserve of end of pipe materials,especially in areas with inconvenient transportation,can effectively meet the demand for materials in the early stage;②By adjusting the expected usage days of materials at the end and higher levels,the total inventory of materials can be significantly reduced and the economy can be improved;③Reducing the total inventory of materials can reduce inventory fluctuations and enhance the stability of the ma-terial supply chain.The above analysis provides reference for optimizing the emergency material reserve mode.
