Research on Fine Zoning of Coastal Underground Transportation Hub in Coastal Cities Based on Emergency Evacuation
Rainstorm and flood pose a serious threat to the undergroand space of coastal cities, and the effi-ciency of emergency evacuation appears to be quite crucial in such disaster scenarios.Spatial zoning is proved to be effective in evacuation according to some researches. The previous zoning research has a single division method, which only starts from the shortest path of evacuation, and cannot take into account the safety and efficiency.There-fore,a refined zoning method based on security assessment is proposed. This method firstly divides the function of underground space for the purpose of emergency evacuation;secondly,it characterizes the influencing factors from the three dimensions of"disaster risk, gathering of people, and high efficiency of facilities",and establishes a safety zoning evaluation system;finally,it superimposes the two,and then builds a refined zoning delimitation sys-tem.A case study is conducted in Shenzhen Mangrove Bay Metro Station as an example. The results show that the new method can improve the efficiency of emergency evacuation under the premise of guaranteeing safety, and pro-vide a theoretical basis for the preparation of space disaster prevention planning for underground transportation hubs space.
