显微血管缝合的研究进展

摘要
显微血管缝合已在临床应用多年,但仍存在一些缺陷,改良显微血管缝合技术成为显微外科领域研究的重点.伴随科学技术的发展及显微血管缝合技术的广泛应用,显微血管缝合技术、缝合相关工具及训练模型不断改进.本文总结PubMed、Embase、Medline、中国知网和万方相关数据库文献进展,为促进显微血管缝合的发展提供理论基础.
Abstract
Suture techniques for microvascular anastomoses have been clinically adopted for decades.Howev-er,there are still some limitations in microvascular anastomosis.Therefore,the improvement of suture techniques for microvascular anastomosis has become the focused topics in the research of microsurgery.With the development of sci-ence and technology in microsurgery,the suture techniques,anastomotic instruments and training models for microvas-cular anastomoses have been continuously improved.This article summarises the progress in microvascular anastomosis based on literatures published on PubMed,Embase,Medline,CNKI and Wanfang Data,and provides a theoretical basis for promoting the development in anastomosis of microvessels.
