摘要
体系效能评估是装备体系与作战体系论证和设计面临的关键和难点问题.首先,分析了体系效能评估面临的问题和挑战;然后,将目前体系效能评估方法分为多属性决策、复杂网络和机器学习3类,并对每类的含义、研究现状和优缺点等进行了分析和总结;最后,给出了体系效能评估的发展建议.
Abstract
Effectiveness evaluation for system of systems(SoS)is a key and difficult issue during the equipment SoS and combat SoS study and design.Firstly,problems and challenges of effectiveness evaluation for SoS are analyzed.Then,current evaluation methods are classified into three groups,in-cluding multi-attribute decision,complex networks and machine learning.The signification,research status,advantages and shortcomings of each group of methods are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the developmental suggestions of effectiveness evaluation for SoS are given.
