摘要
传统的指标聚合方法虽然能够评估层次化评估指标体系,但却无法有效分析指标间复杂关联关系.为适应体系能力动态演化的评估需求,提出了一种基于观察—判断—决策—行动(OO-DA)环的作战体系能力演化分析方法.首先,构建了作战体系的体系能力评估框架;然后,基于OODA环理论,结合网络层次分析法,构建了作战体系的网络化指标体系;最后,结合时间演化分析建立了作战体系能力的动态分析模型.应用实例分析可知,该方法适用于作战体系的体系能力动态分析研究.
Abstract
Although the traditional index aggregation methods can evaluate the hierarchical evaluation index system,but it cannot effectively analyze the complex relationship among indicators.In order to adapt to the evaluation requirements of system capability dynamic evolution,a capability evolution analysis method of combat system based on observation,orientation,decision,action(OODA)loop is proposed.Firstly,the system capability evaluation framework of combat system is constructed.Then,based on OODA loop theory and network analytic network process,the system capability eval-uation framework of combat system is constructed.Finally,combined with the time evolution analy-sis,the dynamic analysis model of combat system capability is established.Application example analy-sis shows that the method is suitable for the dynamic analysis and research of combat system capability.
