Platform Resource Scheduling Method Based on Capability as a Service
With the capability as a service,command information system can realize the flexible matching between platform resources and tasks.To satisfy the intelligent decision need of the com-mand information system under the circumstance,a scheduling problem under the condition of capabil-ity as a service is strictly mathematically described.Then,a scheduling model to maximize the task processing quality and to minimize the platform resource size is constructed,and an algorithm with heuristic strategy to solve the model is designed.Finally,the method is simulated and verified with ex-amples.Results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective,and it can provide support for the in-telligent decision for the command information system.
