摘要
首先,结合太空系统面临的网络安全问题,梳理了针对太空系统的安全威胁事件;然后,从制定太空网络安全相关的战略政策、强化军事作战力量和采取一系列措施构建太空网络安全能力3个方面,分析了国外太空网络安全能力的发展情况,进一步研究其发展趋势;最后,从健全太空网络安全顶层战略、构建弹性的太空网络安全防御体系、加强网络安全人才培养,以及重视国际合作4个方面,对构建我国太空网络安全能力提出思考.
Abstract
Firstly,combined with the network security problems faced in the space systems,the secu-rity threat events against the space system are sorted out.Then,from three aspects including formulat-ing strategic policies related to space network security,strengthening military combat forces,and tak-ing a series of measures to build space network security capabilities,the development situation of for-eign space network security capabilities is analyzed.Its development trend is also studied further.Fi-nally,from four aspects including improving the top-level strategy of space network security,building an elastic space network security defense system,strengthening the training of network security tal-ents,and emphasizing international cooperation,thoughts are presented on building our space net-work security capabilities.
