Superior Intention Satisfaction Evaluation Model on Operational Mission Objective
Firstly,a superior intention satisfaction evaluation model on operational mission objective is constructed by the American customer satisfaction index(ACSI)evaluation model,and the main relationship among the factors of satisfaction is found out.Then,an index system of superior intention satisfaction on operational mission objective is built based on the principle of index construction.Final-ly,an example is given to demonstrate the process of the model and its index application.Thus,it can provide reference for the superior intention satisfaction evaluation in actual combat.
