The delivery of military software agile capability will become a new battlefield of system confrontation game in the future.Firstly,the characteristics of military combat software development are summarized,and three reference models and capability evaluation framework for agile develop-ment of military combat software are proposed.Then,the situation and trend of agile development mode of military combat software in U.S.army are analyzed.Finally,the software factory is regarded as the practice of agile development mode.The relevant reference framework,agile development capa-bility evaluation and enlightenment are put forward,and the key technologies of agile development for military software are summarized.
