In order to improve the agile iteration ability of our military software in modern war,first-ly,the development strategy of software modernization of the U.S.military is analyzed,and the devel-opment and change of its software acquisition mode and the construction and operation mechanism of software factory are explained.Then,the implementation progress,achievements and subsequent de-velopment plan of the software acquisition mode and the software factory of the U.S.military are de-scribed.Finally,some suggestions are given according to the current situation of software develop-ment process of our military.It can provide a reference for our military to implement the software mod-ernization reform.
