摘要
针对时敏目标打击的战术杀伤链作战效能评估问题,基于发现、定位、跟踪、瞄准、交战与评估(F2T2EA)过程,提出了分布式即时杀伤链的基本概念和运行模式,并将数据链网络以及作战平台上的指挥控制装备、侦察探测装备和打击装备视为杀伤链的基本组成要素.首先,构建了数据链保障下的分布式即时杀伤链效能评估能力指标集,在确保评估准确性的同时降低了多级指标的计算复杂度;然后,对不同指标集及其内部元素之间的相关性进行了分析,提出了基于网络分析法(ANP)的时敏目标分布式杀伤链效能评估方法;最后,通过实例验证了效能评估方法的可行性和有效性.
Abstract
Aimed at the problem of operational effectiveness evaluation of tactical kill chain for time sen-sitive target(TST),the basic concept and operation made of distributed instant kill chain are proposed based on the find,fix,track,target,engage,assess(F2T2EA)process.The data link network and the command and control equipment,reconnaissance and detection equipment and strike equipment on the combat platform are regarded as the basic components of the skill chain.Firstly,the index set of distribut-ed instant kill chain effectiveness evaluation capability in data link is constructed,and it can ensure the ac-curacy of evaluation and reduce the computational complexity of multilevel indexes.Then,the correla-tion between different index sets and their internal elements are analyzed,and the effectiveness evalua-tion method of TST distributed kill chain based on analytic network process(ANP)is proposed.Final-ly,the feasibility and effectiveness of the effectiveness evaluation method is verified by an example.
