指挥控制系统的人机交互认知负荷评估方法

摘要
针对当前因人体生理局限而无法满足指挥控制系统功能复杂化趋势需求的问题,构建了一种面向指挥控制系统的认知负荷评价方法.首先,以美国国家航空航天局任务负荷指数(NASA-TLX)量表基础进行拓展,确定了14个指标项与4个准则项;然后,通过层次分析法(AHP)计算获得各项指标权重值,形成人机交互评价方法;最后,测量比较了指挥控制系统界面改版前后认知负荷数值及其可用性.试验结果表明,该方法可用于评估指挥控制系统人机交互界面认知负荷水平,可为系统界面设计与改造提供参考.
Abstract
Aimed at the problem of human physiological limitation can't meet the demand of complex command and control system function trend,a cognitive load assessment method for command and control system is proposed.Firstly,based on the national aeronautics and space administration-task load index(NASA-TLX)scale,14 index items and 4 criterion items are determined.Then,the weight value of each index is calculated through the analytic hierarchy process(AHF),and the hu-man-computer interaction assessment method is formed.Finally,the cognitive load and its availability before and after the command and control system interface revision are measured and compared.The experimental results show that the method can be used to evaluate the cognitive load level of the com-mand and control interface.Thus,it can provide a reference for the design and transformation of the system interface.
