感染性疾病是导致儿童死亡的首要原因,脓毒症则是一种全球性导致儿童死亡的重要感染性危重疾病,病死率高,严重威胁儿童的健康。早期诊断已成为治疗严重脓毒症的关键。脓毒症动物模型的建立有助于更好地诊断脓毒症,从而采取干预措施,改善脓毒症患者的预后。本文就现有脓毒症动物模型的种类及优缺点等进行综述,并提出脓毒症动物模型的优化建议,为实验模型的选择和优化提供参考依据,以促进其“逆向转化”到临床的能力。 Infectious diseases are the leading cause of death in children. Sepsis is a critical infectious disease that causes death in children globally, with a high morbidity and mortality rate. It poses a serious threat to children′s health. Early diagnosis has become the key to treating severe sepsis. The establishment of animal models of sepsis can help people better diagnose sepsis and take interventions to improve the prognosis of sepsis patients. This study reviews the types, advantages and disadvantages of existing animal models of sepsis and proposes the optimization of these models to provide a reference basis for the selection and optimization of experimental models and the promotion of the "reverse transformation" of sepsis into clinical practice.
