摘要
儿童早发性高度近视眼(eoHM)是发生在学龄前儿童的高度近视眼,在影响视觉发育过程的同时,还可引发视网膜裂孔和脱离、后巩膜葡萄肿等一系列并发症,不仅损伤视功能,而且延缓患儿的整体发展,因此早期预防、早期诊断、及时治疗和长期管理至关重要.本文在阐述儿童eoHM致盲性并发症管理必要性的基础上,指出与管理相关的若干要点,以期引起临床高度重视,并为临床开展相关工作提供指导意见.
Abstract
Early-onset high myopia(eoHM)in children is a kind of high myopia that occurs in preschool children.While affecting the visual development process,eoHM can cause a series of complications such as retinal rupture and detachment,and posterior scleral staphyloma,which not only damage the visual function,but also delay the overall development of children.Therefore,early prevention,early diagnosis,timely treatment,and long-term management are crucial.This article discusses the necessity and key points of the management of blinding complications caused by eoHM in children,in order to attract doctors'attention and provide guidance for clinical work.
