摘要
近视眼和干眼是全球范围内两大常见眼病，可严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来，近视眼与干眼正受到广泛关注，越来越多的证据表明二者之间可能有关联。近视眼与干眼的发病机制复杂且存在重叠。本文中笔者从危险因素、发病机制、临床研究、预防及改善方法等方面对近视眼与干眼可能的相关性研究进行综述，以期为临床诊疗提供新思路。
Abstract
Myopia and dry eye are the two major common eye diseases worldwide, which can seriously affect the life quality of patients. In recent years, myopia and dry eye have been paid wide attention. It has been demonstrated that there may be some association between them. The pathogenesis of myopia and dry eye are complex and overlapping. The literatures about potental correlations between myopia and dry eye from the aspects of risk factors, pathogenesis, clinical researches, preventions and improvements was summarized in this paper, which to provide new ideas for clinical diagnoses and treatments.
