Employee performance evaluation is an important means of human resource management.With the deepening of the reform of the personnel system in universities,the existing performance evaluation system can no longer meet the needs of modern education development.Setting up a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is of great significance for improving the overall management level of schools.In this study,the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process were comprehensively used to determine the weights of each indicator in the performance evaluation,and the workload of each teacher was analyzed and evaluated from the perspective of performance evaluation,taking the performance evaluation of full-time teachers in the logistics teaching and research department of Yuzhang Normal University as an example.
