As visual aids,textbook illustrations play an important role in cultivating students'questioning abilities.Through classroom observations,it can be seen that some teachers have some problems in the use of illustrations in teaching materials.In view of this,teachers should change existing problems by guiding students to classify the information in the illustrations,crea-ting problem situations,effectively using information feedback from textbook illustrations,and transforming textbook illustra-tions into"naked situations"to promote students'development of questioning skills.
