Developing higher vocational education is an important way to cultivate higher technical talents,and boost the transformation from"Made in China"to"Wisdom in China".This thesis makes a follow-up analysis of the individual samples of higher vocational students from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)from 2010 to 2020,This thesis studies the influence of social capital and human capital on the employment quality of higher vocational students and its changing rules.The empirical re-sults show that social capital and human capital can promote the employment quality of higher vocational students.However,social capital plays a short-term role in promoting the employment quality of higher vocational students,while human capital plays a long-term role in promoting the employment quality of higher vocational students.revealing the core factors affecting the employment quality of higher vocational students.Using the survey data of students in higher vocational colleges,this thesis ex-amines the effect of various educational intervention methods on improving the core elements of employment quality.
