摘要

随着数字时代的到来,教师数字素养成为评价教师能力的重要因素.研究采用欧盟教师数字素养测评工具(SELFIE for TEACHERS)构建系统化问卷,对我国中部某高职院校289位教师数字素养现状进行调查.研究结果表明高职院校教师数字素养水平总体处于中级整合者(B1)阶段,其中教与学维度最高,赋能学习者维度最低,两者具有显著差异.数字素养水平受多种因素影响,例如数字素养自我感知和数字环境显著正向影响数字素养水平,不同数字技术使用年限和职级的教师数字素养水平也具有显著差异.根据实证分析结论,研究提出可以通过优化顶层设计、完善数字技术应用环境、开展教师提升训练、提高学生学习胜任力等多方位培育路径,全面提升教师数字素养.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the information technology,teachers'digital literacy has become an important fac-tor in evaluating teachers'ability.Research on the digital literacy of 289 higher vocational college teachers using the SELFIE for TEACHERS found that the overall level of digital literacy is at the stage of integrator(B1),and teaching and learning differ sig-nificantly from facilitating learners'digital competence.Digital literacy is affected by a variety of factors,digital competence self-reflection and digital environment is significant positive effect digital literacy,and teachers'digital literacy with different experi-ence in using digital technologies and position grades has a significant difference.Based on the conclusions,our study proposes that teachers can effectively construct cultivation path improve digital literacy by optimizing the top-down design,improving the digital technology application environment,carrying out digital literacy training and facilitating learners'digital competence.
