高校是培养人才的重要阵地,肩负着培养民族复兴大任的时代栋梁的使命.随着新时代的飞速发展,思想政治工作在高校管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用,特别是在高校人事管理中,更要发挥思想政治工作的积极作用,始终以立德树人作为根本任务,努力提高高校教师队伍的思想政治水平和综合素质,从而更好地促进学生的全面健康发展.高校人事管理部门作为面向全校教职工的窗口部门,人事管理工作的质量及效率直接关系到教职员工的切身利益.在人事管理中要发挥好思想政治工作"指挥棒"作用,为高校树立良好的口碑,推动学校的良性发展.
Abstract
As an important base for cultivating talents,universities shoulder the mission of cultivating the pillars of the times for national rejuvenation.With the rapid development of the new era,ideological and political work is of increasingly criti-cal importance to university management,especially in the personnel management of universities,the positive role of ideological and political work should be brought into play,utmost efforts should be made to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents,to the improvement of the ideological and political level and overall quality of the faculty,so as to the promotion of students'all-round development.Furthermore,the quality and efficiency of personnel manage-ment are directly related to the interests of the faculty.As a service window,the personnel management department should give full play to its decisive role in personnel management,which can help establish a good reputation and boost the sound develop-ment of the universities.
