实习生视角下"好幼师形象"的构成要素与变迁路径研究

摘要
本研究采用开放式问卷对13位学前教育专业实习生进行调查,基于扎根理论,对实习生眼中的"好幼师形象"的构成要素和变迁路径进行分析.研究结果显示,实习生眼中的"好幼师形象"主要涉及专业理念与师德、个人特征、专业知识和专业能力四个方面.在实习生视角下,实习前的"好幼师形象"是社会约定俗成的、符合教师的基本规范的静态形象;实习中"好幼师形象"非常注重班级管理、协调冲突、观察幼儿等专业能力;实习后"好幼师形象"更加专业、立体化.据此,本研究建议:实习生需要更多发挥自身的主观能动性,践行反思性实践;高等院校需要开展全程化的教育实践活动,促进实习生理实对话;幼儿园需要遴选实习指导教师,提升指导教师的专业素养和指导能力.
Abstract
In this study,we used an open-ended questionnaire to survey 13 preschool education interns,and analyzed the components and change paths of the"good kindergarten teacher image"in the eyes of interns based on the rootedness theory.The results of the study show that the"image of a good kindergarten teacher"in the eyes of the interns mainly involves four as-pects:professional philosophy and teacher ethics,personal characteristics,professional knowledge and professional ability.From the perspective of the interns,the"image of a good kindergarten teacher"before the internship is a static image that is a-greed upon by the society and conforms to the basic norms of teachers;during the internship,the"image of a good kindergarten teacher"pays much attention to the professional competence of classroom management,coordinating conflicts and observing young children;after the internship,the"image of a good kindergarten teacher"is a static image of a good kindergarten teacher.After the internship,the"image of a good kindergarten teacher"is more professional and three-dimensional.Accordingly,this study suggests that:interns need to make more use of their own initiative and practice reflective practice;institutions of higher education need to carry out a full range of educational practice activities to promote interns'dialogue between theory and reality;kindergartens need to select internship supervisors and improve their professionalism and supervisory ability.
