摘要
中小学安全管理事关学生的身心健康及其家庭幸福,也是最近国家、社会和家庭关注的热点.改革开放以来,我国关于中小学安全管理的立法成果较为丰硕,但是也存在立法层级不高、存在立法漏洞、实施较为困难、赔偿机制不健全等问题.制定中小学安全管理法律是我国实现教育法治现代化、依法治教的必由之路.
Abstract
The safety management of primary and secondary schools is related to the physical and mental health of students and their family happiness,and is also a recent hot topic of concern for the country,society,and families.Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved fruitful legislative results in the management of primary and secondary school safety,but there are also problems such as low legislative levels,legislative loopholes,difficult implementation,and inadequate compensation mechanisms.Formulating laws on safety management in primary and secondary schools is the only way for China to achieve modernization of education and rule of law in education.
