终身教育服务"一带一路"视域下的跨境人才培养研究——以"中泰申谷学院"为例

摘要
为促进终身教育服务"一带一路"建设,采用文献查阅法、实践法,分析了终身教育的内涵和体系,终身教育服务"一带一路"实现路径,提出在开展"一带一路"沿线国家学历教育和非学历培训的同时,将终身教育融入人才培养中,结合已经成熟的终身教育人才培养体系,制定跨境人才培养的终身教育保障制度.尤其高等职业院校要注重对"一带一路"沿线留学生终身教育、传授知识和技能时,强化终身学习能力的培养.这不仅能为职业院校开展"一带一路"沿线国际化人才培养、企业员工培训提供终身教育理念,也能为沿线"走出去"的中资企业对本土化员工职业发展提供终身再教育思想.
Abstract
In order to promote lifelong education to serve the construction of the"the Belt and Road",this paper analyzes the connotation and system of lifelong education and the realization path of lifelong education to serve the"the Belt and Road"by using the methods of literature review and practice,and proposes that while carrying out academic education and non academic training in countries along the"the Belt and Road",lifelong education should be integrated into talent training.Combined with the mature lifelong education talent training system,a lifelong education guarantee system for cross-border talent cultivation should be developed.In particular,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation and of lifelong learning ability when focusing on lifelong education,knowledge and skills transfer for overseas students along the"the Belt and Road".This can not only provides lifelong education ideas for vocational colleges to carry out international talent training and enterprise staff training along the"the Belt and Road",but also provides lifelong reeducation ideas for Chinese enterprises along the"going out"route to the career development of local staff.
