摘要

职业教育改革中各主体的行为受利益的驱动,主体间因利益矛盾而产生的博弈使职业教育改革出现了阻滞现象,职业教育改革的实际效果与预期目标还存在较大差距.运用米切尔分类法,对职业教育改革中的多元利益主体进行分类,分析主体行为背后的利益动机,总结主体间利益博弈表现,探讨出多元主体利益博弈的原因在于:优质职教资源的相对短缺、利益分配不合理、利益激励不相容、主体间信息不对称.因此,从资源配置模式、利益分配制度、利益激励机制、信息公开制度四个方面寻求多元主体利益调适对策,有利于职业教育深化改革.

Abstract

In the reform of vocational education,the behavior of each subject is driven by the interests,and the game be-tween the subjects caused by the contradiction of interests blocks the phenomenon of the vocational education reform,and there is still a big gap between the actual effect of the vocational education reform and the expected goal.Using Mitchell's classifica-tion,classification of vocational education reform,analyze the interests of the subject behavior motivation,summarizes the inter-ests of the game between the subject,explore the cause of the multiple subject interest game is:the relative shortage of high quality vocational education resources,unreasonable profit distribution,interest incentive incompatibility,information asymme-try between the subject.Therefore,it is beneficial to adjust the interests of multiple subjects from the four aspects of resource al-location mode,interest distribution system,interest incentive system and information disclosure system to deepen the reform of vocational education.
