摘要
网格化管理突破了传统管理模式的束缚,满足了新时代高校学生教育管理的需要,使管理工作更加科学化、高效化,有助于学生综合素质提升.受到主客观因素的影响,网格化管理视域下高校学生教育管理存在理念相对滞后、管理机制不健全、管理人员能力不足、科技赋能受限等问题.基于此,高校要积极更新教育理念、构建协同管理机制、健全管理团队培养、重视现代技术应用,以满足高校学生教育管理创新发展需求.
Abstract
Grid management breaks through the constraints of traditional management models,meets the needs of educa-tional management for college students in the new era,makes management work more scientific and efficient,and helps to im-prove students'overall quality.However,due to the influence of subjective and objective factors,there are problems in the man-agement of university student education from the perspective of grid management,such as relatively lagging concepts,incom-plete management mechanisms,insufficient management personnel capabilities,and limited technological empowerment.Based on this,universities should actively update their educational concepts,build collaborative management mechanisms,improve the cultivation of management teams,and attach importance to the application of modern technology to meet the innovative develop-ment needs of university student education management.
