摘要
学科归属感缺失、博士生身份认同缺失、对组织认可的缺失是博士一年级退学的重要原因,科研倦怠导致的退学往往发生在博士二年级,少数发生在三年级.关系网络因素中的他人事例、导学关系、家庭关系以及外部条件因素的经济困难、更好学校的博士名额、更好的就业机会则会在读博各阶段随机出现,成为博士生退学的重要因素.博士生待遇的提高、建立容错机制、有效处理导学关系、发挥博士生组会和重要他人的作用以及博士生主动心理调节,可以使博士生在经过道岔时,有效避开"有害空间".
Abstract
It is found that the lack of discipline belonging,doctoral identity and organizational recognition are the important reasons for drop off in the first year.Drop out by research burnout often occurs in the second year of doctoral students,and a few occur in the third year.While,model demonstration,guiding relationship,family relationship,economic difficulties,better schools,and better employment opportunities appear randomly at each stage of doctoral study,becoming an important factor for doctoral students to drop out.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the treatment of doctoral students,establish fault tolerance mechanism,effectively deal with the relationship of guidance,play the role of group meeting and important others.Besides,the doctoral students'active psychological adjustment is required,so that doctoral students can effectively avoid"harmful space"dur-ing the process.
