摘要

了解澳大利亚早期保教人员的培养路径、支持策略,能够为促进我国早期保教人员队伍建设提供有益借鉴.在早期保教人员培养和支持方面应从以下方面学习澳大利亚:加快国家层面的法规和标准建设,细化并构建职业资格准入制度,探索"托幼一体化"人才培养方案和注重教育公平,完善职后培训支持.

Abstract

The education service industry is in its infancy and lacks the supporting experience of talents cultivation,learning and understanding the training path and supporting strategies of the early education personnel in the Australia,which will pro-vide beneficial reference for promoting the construction of the early education personnel team in our country.In terms of training and support for early education personnel,we should learn from Australia:accelerate the construction of regulations and stand-ards at the national level,refine and build a vocational qualification access system,explore the"integration of childcare"talent training program,pay attention to educational equity,and improve post-service training support.
