职业教育与区域产业经济协同发展的路径探索

摘要
新时代背景下,职业教育与区域产业经济协同发展是培养复合型人才的内在要求,是提升校企合作效率的有效保障,是区域产业发展的本质诉求,更是促进教育公平化的关键之举.在推动职业教育与区域产业经济协同发展过程中,仍存在人才培养与区域经济发展需求不匹配、职业院校服务区域产业经济意识薄弱、职业教育与区域产业协同育人模式落后等诸多问题.据此,文章从明确服务区域经济职责,促进区域产业实现转型升级;提升区域产业布局服务,推动终身教育理念的贯彻落实;推进协同育人模式创新,将科学技术有机融入育人过程等方面,提出职业教育与区域产业经济协同发展建议.
Abstract
Under the background of the new era,the coordinated development of vocational education and regional industrial economy is the inherent requirement of cultivating compound talents,the effective guarantee of improving the efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation,the internal demand of regional industrial development,and the key to promote the fairness of ed-ucation.In the process of promoting the coordinated development of vocational education and regional industrial economy,there are still many problems,such as the mismatch between talent training and regional economic development,weak awareness of vocational colleges,and backward mode of vocational education and regional industrial collaborative education,the paper should clarify the responsibilities of serving regional economy,promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,pro-mote the implementation of lifelong education concept,promote the innovation of collaborative education mode,and integrate science and technology into the education process.
