孤独症教育康复机构教学现状、问题及对策研究——以南昌市20家机构为例

采用非参与式观察、现场听课等方式,对 20 家准入协议管理的孤独症教育康复机构展开实地调查发现:机构教育评估的完整性、真实性和准确性较低;教学档案的规范性、科学性和指导性不够;学生中心教学理念和个别化教育理念体现不明显,以桌面教学和密集指令式教学为主,教学与儿童生活经验相脱节.机构呈现当前教学实践样态的主要原因是特殊儿童观偏差、教学监管力度不够和机构专业化发展意识薄弱.因此,加大机构师资培训和日常教学监管力度、搭建机构专业化发展平台等都迫在眉睫.
Abstract
A field survey of 20 autistic educational rehabilitation institutions revealed that:The completeness,authenticity and accuracy of educational assessment are low;The normative,scientific and pedagogical guidance of teaching files are insuffi-cient;The student-centred teaching philosophy and The individualized education philosophy are not clearly embodied;Discrete Trial Training is predominantly used,which is out of touch with children's life experience and very rigidly.The main reasons for the current pattern of teaching in institutions include:negative view on autistic children、insufficient supervision of teaching and weak sense of professional development.In order to address these problems,it is urgent to strengthen teacher training and the su-pervision of teaching routine,as well as build a platform to promote professional development.
