Evaluating the quality of graduate students and mastering their training status is an important way to ensure the healthy and orderly development of graduate education and promote the continuous improvement of graduate training quality.Based on the theory of Total Quality Management,the quality assurance of graduate students is divided into three stages:"input stage-training process-output stage".Using these three dimensions,a quality evaluation index system is established,and an e-valuation system covering 5 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators,and 48 tertiary indicators is designed.To improve the quality evaluation of graduate education,it is necessary to coordinate and handle the relationship between first-class disciplines and general disciplines,set evaluation indicators on the premise of clarifying the responsibilities of the training subject,pay at-tention to the development and foresight of the evaluation indicator system,attach importance to the development of social inter-mediary evaluation,and make the evaluation results transparent and open.
