摘要
当前,高校劳动教育正面临教育观念转变、课程与资源配置、教师队伍建设、评价体系完善等一系列挑战.茶文化与高校劳动教育的融合,包括茶树种植、茶叶采摘、加工制作、鉴赏品茗等,极大地丰富了高校劳动教育的载体和形式,为学生提供了全面的创造性劳动体验,有效提升了学生的劳动技能、审美情趣与文化素养.为此,提出了茶文化与高校劳动教育融合的实施路径,构建融合的课程体系、实践体系、教师体系、激励体系和评价体系,助力弘扬中华优秀传统文化,使之更加符合时代发展的需要.
Abstract
At present,labor education in colleges and universities is facing a series of challenges,such as the change of edu-cational concept,the allocation of curriculum and resources,the construction of teachers,and the improvement of evaluation system.The integration of tea culture and college labor education,including tea tree planting,tea picking,processing and pro-duction,appreciation of tea,etc.,has greatly enriched the carrier and form of college labor education,provided students with a comprehensive creative labor experience,and effectively improved students'labor skills,aesthetic taste and cultural literacy.Therefore,the paper puts forward the implementation path of the integration of tea culture and college labor education,and con-structs the integrated curriculum system,practice system,teacher system,incentive system and evaluation system to help pro-mote the excellent traditional Chinese culture and make it more in line with the needs of the development of The Times.
