Adhering to a strict organizational system of the Party is an inevitable requirement of the Communist Party of China (CPC)to"govern the Party first in order to prosper the Party and make the country strong". It is also an effective meas-ure for our Party to strengthen organizational construction and further promote the Party's great self revolution. The strength of the Party comes from the organization. Under the new situation,in the face of the unprecedented changes in the world in a cen-tury,and the lofty mission of building a socialist modern power in an all-round way and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization,we must adhere to the correct political line,adhere to the"three unifica-tions",adhere to the correct innovation,adhere to the mission guidance and problem orientation,and adhere to the systematic concept. Only by further tightening the Party's organizational system and strengthening the Party's overall leadership,effectively enhancing the political and organizational functions of the Party organization,and building a strong political party,can we ensure that the century old Party always becomes the strong leadership core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
