党内监督体系是中国共产党百年来维护党的团结、维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的集中反映,是全面从严治党的重要实践成果.党内监督体系建设贯穿于中国共产党百年政治建设的全过程,经历了初具雏形、框架确立、全面形成、创新完善四个发展阶段,呈现出监督主体由一体主导向多元协同演进、监督对象由部分覆盖向全面覆盖演进、监督方式由单向监督向多维立体监督演进的基本特征,形成了坚持党的领导、加强对领导干部的监督、构建完备的监督制度、坚持民主集中制、坚持以人民为中心的建设经验.
Abstract
The inner-Party supervision system is a centralized reflection of the CPC's century-long efforts to safeguard Party unity and the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,and it is an important practical a-chievement of the Party's comprehensive and rigorous governance. The construction of the inner-Party supervision system has been carried out throughout the entire process of the CPC's century-long political construction,and has gone through four stages of development:the first embryonic stage,the establishment of the framework,the comprehensive formation,and the innova-tion and perfection. It has shown the basic characteristics of the evolution of the main supervisory body from the domination of one body to the synergy of multiple bodies,of the supervisory object from partial to comprehensive coverage,and of the supervi-sory mode from one-way to multi-dimensional three-dimensional supervision,and has formed a basic framework for adhering to the leadership of the CPC,strengthening supervision of it has formed the construction experience of adhering to the leadership of the Party,strengthening the supervision of leading cadres,constructing a complete supervision system,adhering to democratic centralism,and adhering to the people-centered construction experience.
