摘要

高等教育的普及化、教育方式的多样化对教育成果的评定提出了新的要求.有效的成绩评定方式不仅可以精确衡量学生的学习成效,而且能够充分激发学生的积极性,帮助他们更好地发掘自身潜能.在现代企业管理经验的启发下,将PDCA过程评价方式引入到学生成绩评价中,设计了过程性学生成绩评价模式,实现了动态性描述学生在某段时间"成绩变动"的情况.实践证明,基于PDCA的动态学业成绩评价模式有利于教师和学生动态地认识自己的学习状况并有针对性地对学习过程进行改善,提高了学生的学习积极性及学习效果.

Abstract

The popularization of higher education and the diversification of education methods have put forward new require-ments for the evaluation of education results. An effective performance evaluation mode can not only accurately measure the learning effectiveness of students,but also fully stimulate students'enthusiasm and help them better explore their potential. In-spired by the experience of modern enterprise management,this paper introduces the PDCA process evaluation method into the evaluation of students'performance,and designs a process evaluation model of students'performance,which realizes the dynamic description of students'"performance changes"in a certain period of time. It has been proved that the dynamic academic per-formance evaluation model based on PDCA is beneficial to teachers and students to dynamically recognize their own learning sta-tus and improve the learning process in a targeted way,which improves students'learning motivation and learning effect.
