摘要
特色学科生态系统衍生于学科生态系统,是对学科发展前沿与社会需求深刻理解的深层认知,是在交叉融合与创新实践中不断探索与创造的学术体系.然而,区域经济发展的过度依赖、师资力量有限、创新与实践的不足、资源分配不均和合作交流劣势等诸多挑战阻滞了地方高校特色学科生态系统的发展.地方高校可通过深化内涵建设、发展优势互补、采取创新驱动发展战略、进行合作与开放式发展等手段,突破现实桎梏,逐步壮大特色学科发展.
Abstract
The ecosystem of characteristic disciplines,derived from discipline ecosystem,represents the profound under-standing of the cutting-edge developments in disciplines and societal needs,and is an academic system that continuously explores and creates in interdisciplinary integration and innovative practices. However,the development of the ecosystem of characteristic disciplines in local universities faces numerous challenges,including over-reliance on regional economic development,limited fac-ulty resources,inadequate innovation and practical application,uneven resource distribution,and disadvantages in cooperation and exchange. Furthermore,local universities should deepen their internal construction,leverage the complementarity of strengths,adopt innovation-oriented strategies,engage in collaboration and open development,which are beneficial to break through real-world constraints and gradually enhance the development of characteristic disciplines.
