摘要
职业启蒙教育要求尽早发现儿童的长处和兴趣,及时进行合适的职业准备,创造条件让儿童接触职业、探索职业.目前3-6岁儿童职业启蒙教育存在着家长职业启蒙意识淡薄、幼儿园日常教学活动中缺少职业启蒙引导、社区为职业启蒙教育提供的条件不足等问题.针对当前存在问题,建议采取以下对策:提高家长对儿童进行职业启蒙的认识;幼儿园增强职业启蒙教育,提高幼儿职业认知能力;加强社区合作,促进儿童职业体验基地建设.
Abstract
Vocational enlightenment education request to discover children's strengths and interests as soon as possible,pre-pare for appropriate careers in a timely manner,and create conditions for children to be exposed to and explore careers. Howev-er,there are currently problems with vocational enlightenment education for children aged 3-6,such as weak awareness of voca-tional enlightenment among parents,lack of vocational enlightenment guidance in daily teaching activities in kindergartens,and insufficient conditions provided by the community for vocational enlightenment education. In response to the existing problems,it is proposed to enhance parents'understanding of children's vocational enlightenment,enhance vocational enlightenment educa-tion in kindergartens,and enhance children's vocational cognitive abilities;Strengthen community cooperation,promote the con-struction of children's vocational experience bases,and other measures.
