The article used a quasi-experimental design to assess the impact of a child-created drama based on Disciple's Rules on the language listening and expression skills of four to five years old children. In two selected intermediate classes at Kindergarten B in M city, the experimental group received an eight-week drama program on Disciple's Rules, covering role-pla-ying and script-writing,while the control group received regular instruction. The data proved that the children in the experimen-tal group showed a significant improvement in their language skills compared to the control group, demonstrating the significant effect of the Disciple's Rules-themed drama activities in promoting children's language development. This finding emphasizes the important value of the national classics in enhancing the quality of early childhood education, and opens up a new path for the ef-fective integration of traditional cultural resources in educational practice.
