A study on the quality management policies of child care organizations in China in the past five years——Nvivo analysis based on more than 40 provincial policy texts
Vigorously developing child care institutions is an important initiative to cope with negative population growth and population aging and to realize eugenics. In order to grasp the focus and direction of the high-quality development of childcare in-stitutions in China,NVivo12 Plus qualitative analysis software was used to code and analyze more than 40 policies related to the quality management of childcare institutions issued by local governments in China in the past five years,and it was found that:the current policy system for quality management of childcare institutions is perfect,but lacks operability;the policy content is rich,but lacks specialization;and the main body of the policy is diversified,but the rights and responsibilities are not clear. In the future,we can improve the policies related to quality management of childcare institutions by implementing the feasibility of the policy system of quality management of childcare institutions,exploring the localization of the policy content of quality man-agement of childcare institutions,and strengthening the synergy of the policy subjects of quality management of childcare institu-tions.
