The localization turn of rural school labor education practices is a connection between labor education and local culture,which has practical value. However,there are problems in the concepts,curriculums,teacher teams,and educational communities of the localization turn of labor education practices. Based on this,we should optimize our understanding of labor education concepts by relying on the power of the education department and the family;build a labor curriculum system by local curriculum resources and technological empowerment;cultivate educational aspirations and local elites and skilled workers to build a place-based teacher team;and create a collaborative educational practice community through government support and school leadership,ultimately achieving a better localization turn of rural labor education practices.
