Labor education plays an important role in cultivating positive psychological qualities among vocational college students. It is conducive to promoting the improvement of their cognitive abilities,emotional attitudes,harmonious interperson-al relationships,and civic strength. Currently,vocational college labor education has problems such as a relatively single Content of labor courses,fewer labor practice activities organized by schools,and the lack of a normalized mechanism. In response to the above problems in labor education,and in order to improve the positive psychological qualities of vocational college students,vo-cational colleges can start from the following aspects:reconstructing the labor education curriculum system and improving students'labor knowledge level,so that they can learn independently;strengthening on campus and off campus labor practice ac-tivities and improving students'labor abilities,so that they can transcend themselves;establishing a collaborative education mech-anism between families and schools and cultivating students'work habits,so that they can be self-disciplined and self-controlled;and strengthening the construction of the labor education team and ensuring the quality of labor education teachers,so that students can have teachers to learn from.
