Talent is the key factor to enhance international competitiveness and the development of science and technology. The research on the construction of portrait and cultivation path of high potential talents provides scientific basis for talent evalu-ation and cultivation,provides certain reference for the reform of talent management mode,and has practical significance for im-proving the level of talent introduction and cultivation. In this paper under the perspective of talent portrait,using NVivo soft-ware for the relevant research literature,build the high latent talent portrait group characteristics,including learning ability,logical thinking,information processing,compressive ability and open mind five dimensions and its connotation,on the basis of the corresponding high latent talent five cultivation path.
