The Party has organized a series of centralized educational activities within the Party in various historical periods,focusing on the need to carry out Party building work,and has pushed forward the Party's construction to continuously make sig-nificant historical achievements.The Communist Party of China has adopted the general principle of focusing on the theme and the center,the structural principle of orderly promotion and leading from above,and the practical principle of theoretical arma-ment and combination of learning and doing.Under the new historical conditions,to continue to strengthen centralized education within the Party,and to promote the development of the Party's overall strict governance to a deeper level,we must take the sys-tem construction as the outline,and promote the development of the Party's centralized education on a regular basis;we must take the people as the basis,and take the satisfaction of the masses as the fundamental standard for evaluating the effectiveness of the Party's centralized education;we must take the problem orientation as the first priority,and take the problem rectification and correction through the Party's centralized education all the time;We must take seeking truth from facts as the yardstick to ensure that centralized education within the Party goes deeper and deeper.
