摘要
高校师德师风建设是我国高质量教育体系建设的重要基石,是新时代高校教师队伍建设的首要任务.当前我国高校师德师风建设仍存在不"知"难"行"、"知"而不"行"、"知"而难"行"等问题.面对新形势下高校师德师风建设存在的现实困境,必须加强教师对"知行合一"内涵的认识,坚持理论学习与实践应用统一、职业道德与社会责任统一、个人修养与职业规范统一原则,通过深化组织文化培养、健全绩效考核评价体系和营造师德师风建设的良好环境等"引""激""育"手段,完善高校师德师风建设路径,推动师德师风建设常态化、长效化.
Abstract
The construction of teacher ethics and conduct in higher education institutions serves as a vital cornerstone for the development of a high-quality education system in China and stands as the primary task in building the faculty team in the new era.However,challenges persist in the current efforts to enhance teacher ethics,including the difficulty of translating under-standing into action,the disconnect between knowing and doing,and obstacles in transforming theoretical knowledge into practi-cal behavior.To address these challenges under new circumstances,it is imperative to deepen teachers'understanding of the con-cept of the"Unity of Knowledge and Action"idea.This requires adhering to the principles of integrating theoretical learning with practical application,unifying professional ethics with social responsibility,and aligning personal cultivation with profes-sional norms.Through measures such as strengthening organizational culture,refining performance evaluation systems,and fos-tering a conducive environment for teacher ethics and conduct development-guided by the strategies of"guidance,""motiva-tion,"and"cultivation"—the pathways for constructing teacher ethics in universities can be optimized,ensuring its normaliza-tion and long-term sustainability.
