摘要

教育数字化为职业教育高质量发展引入新动能,数字资源为中职教师提高教学质量提供新契机.但职业教师在运用数字化教学资源过程中还存在可利用数字教学资源较少、资源获取便捷性较差、对数字化资源利用的理念与意识缺乏等现实困境.基于此,通过以"政府为指导、企业参与、学校应用、服务驱动"为基本方针,来构建更高应用水平的中职教师数字资源,能够为提高中职教师的数字资源应用水平提供参考和建议,实现教学质量与学生综合能力的提升.

Abstract

The digitalization of education has introduced new momentum for the high-quality development of vocational edu-cation,and digital resources have provided new opportunities for secondary vocational teachers to improve the quality of teach-ing.However,in the process of using digital teaching resources,professional teachers still have practical difficulties such as less available digital teaching resources,poor convenience of resource access,and lack of concept and awareness of digital resource u-tilization.Based on this,through the basic policy of"government-guided,enterprise participation,school application,and serv-ice-driven",the digital resources of secondary vocational teachers with a higher application level can be constructed,which can provide reference and suggestions for improving the application level of digital resources of secondary vocational teachers,and re-alize the improvement of teaching quality and students'comprehensive ability.
